When it comes to servicing your customers, you and your team need to have a strategy that is effective and powerful enough to keep the operation of the company moving. Customers are satisfy when they see you respond with a sense of urgency. This is not about getting the job done, it's about showing accountability and care to the needs of your customers. You may not have the answers right then, but showing that you care to look for the answer in a timely manner can make a huge difference. So then, how do you establish a sense of urgency with your customers? Communication is the key.

And when communicating, make sure you do it the S.M.A.R.T. way:
- Specific: Communicate your initial action plan or state your promisory action
- Measurable: Communicate how you will ensure what you have specified
- Actionable: Make sure what you have committed to is doable
- Realistic: Not only does it have to be doable, but also good enough to satisfy your customers
- Time-bound: Put a timeline by clarifying the time of the execution of your commitment

Once you get yourself in the habit of executing according to the above pattern, you will build enough consistency in the eyes of your customers. This will create trust and loyalty from your customers. 

Once a mind is upgraded to a higher standard, there is nothing else left but the display of its tangible thoughts - different and effective results! Now, go on and change your Africa!
