QUARTERLY BUSINESS REVIEW: Q1 2007
IRVINE, CA, USA - April 5, 2007

We conceptualized the idea of WENZE (which means Marketplace in Lingala) in 2000, implemented in early 2001, and after listening to our customers, we launched a new operating phase called WENZE 2.0 (in the late year 2006) to bring a better experience and exposure to our audience.

We have made tremendous advancements this quarter. Over 3,000 people interact with Wenze.com every day. We expect the number to greatly rise in the coming quarter as several marketing campaigns have been deployed during the quarter. Some of the key exposures:

JANUARY
. We launched an awareness campaign to the Hair Braiding industry, the beginning of this year, through a strategic partnership with eBraiding.Net, a leading National Directory and Advertisement Service for Hair Braiding salons. We are invited to eBraiding.Net's 3-day business conference in Maryland to be held later this year.

. We held a business seminar early in January to present Wenze.com and the vision of building Corporate Africa to business men and women in the greater Cincinnati area (Ohio, USA).

FEBRUARY
. We were featured in CongoVision, one of the biggest Congolese online communities running a little over 1 million hits per week. We ran our Valentine Special Promotion in the community site to raise more awareness of the business of our customers.

MARCH
. We launched a direct mail marketing campaign in Europe, with the help of a strategic partnership between GRACE PCI and Réveil d'Afrique, where we distributed over 50,000 flyers throughout Western Europe.

MARCH/APRIL
. We have just been featured on a promotional Radio Ad on Africa N*1 that reaches all Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the North-American East Coast. The promotion is running until end of April.

. We have just had our first TV appearance through TV Ad (on KSCI 18/LA 18) this month (April 1, 2007) through "The African Voice", a TV Show airing in Hollywood (Southern California) and covering the entire United States via KSCI local stations.

As you can see this is not just a one-African-country promotion, it's a global promotion of African businesses in the African continent, around its Diasporas, as well as any business community wishing to do business with this market.

We have plans of creating great bridges between fortune 500 ~ 100 companies and the African business communities (Immigrant consumers). We continue to look for sponsors, and would appreciate your referrals to your immediate circle of business connections.

Thanks for all your support in helping build Corporate Africa! Together, we are moving the African continent and preparing it for the next economic boom, after Asia. Stay blessed!
